/ 01 Point cloud

Georeferenced datasets of millions of points measured on site. We capture, register, classify and clean the clouds for CAD, GIS, surveying and analysis — the source of truth everything else is built on.

Deliverables

  • Point cloud in .e57 and .las / .laz, registered and classified
  • Scaled 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations)
  • 360° spherical photos at every station
  • Web-navigable 3D model — no paid software required

/ 02 Point cloud for BIM and as-built

Scan-to-BIM — the input, not the model. We deliver the registered, classified and clean point cloud, ready for your team to model in BIM or document as-built. We capture the natural terrain of the plot or the built elements; you choose the format. The BIM modelling is done by your team.

Deliverables

  • Processed, clean point cloud in the format you need (.e57, .las / .laz, .rcp, .pts…)
  • Natural plot terrain as a base for the BIM model
  • Built elements for as-built documentation
  • Registration, classification and quality control included

/ 03 3D Gaussian Splatting

Photoreal scene capture for review, communication and presentation. The site reconstructed as millions of view-dependent gaussians — navigable from a browser, with the geometry underneath.

  • Packaged for Unreal / Unity when needed

02 / Surveying & cadastre

The ITOP-signable measurement

GNSS RTK and total station for permits, subdivisions, setting-out, boundary surveys and notarial procedures. Signed technical responsibility on every deliverable.

Topographic surveys

Precise measurement of plots, sites and land with GNSS RTK and total station.
