We capture, measure and model the built environment.

The sensor captures the site and surveying gives it coordinates and official validity. And when the project needs it, we turn it into surfaces, profiles and volumes.

/ 01 Laser scanning

We scan your building, premises or facility and deliver a clean, classified cloud of millions of georeferenced points. From it, everything else: scaled floor plans, elevations and sections, and the as-is 3D model. One capture, the delivery formats your team needs.

Deliverables

  • Registered, classified point cloud (.e57, .las / .laz, .rcp…)

  • As-is 3D model — refurbishment, as-built or BIM input

/ 02 Surveying & cadastre

Surveys with GNSS RTK and drones — we handle the necessary flight permits before going to the field. For large areas we survey by drone with ground control measured with GNSS-RTK, verifying accuracy against independent check points that play no part in the adjustment. Measurements backed by the technical responsibility of a licensed ITOP engineer for permits, subdivisions, setting-out and cadastral and registry procedures.

  • Georeferenced topographic map, contour lines and profiles
  • Site setting-out, boundary surveys and demarcation with official record and plan
  • Georeferenced surface certificate
  • Alternative graphic validation (VGA), subdivisions and groupings
  • Cadastral correction file and technical report for the notary

  • Technical report with methodology, reference system and verified accuracy

/ 03 3D modelling & surfaces

We turn the point cloud into working surfaces: the digital terrain model you design on, measure and quantify. To study a plot before moving earth, or to check what has been built.

Deliverables

  • Digital terrain model (TIN surface or grid) in formats compatible with your CAD or GIS
  • Contour lines, longitudinal and cross-sections in DXF
  • Platform and earthworks studies with slopes
  • Cut-and-fill quantities
  • Textured 3D meshes from photogrammetry

Ideal for

plot projects, agricultural or industrial sheds and yards, tracks, preliminary earthworks studies and as-built checks.
