How we approach it

Our method rests on three principles. Not slogans — the technical decisions we make on every project.

1. 01

   Real geometry, not approximate.

   We capture what exists, not what should. When the file plan doesn't match the built reality, we find the discrepancy in the field and deliver it resolved — with the point cloud and measurements that prove it.

2. 02

   Formats the client can actually use.

   We deliver in open standards whenever the project allows (.e57, .las, IFC, web browser) without forcing the client to pay for additional licences to open what they have bought. The cloud is navigated from a link; the model opens with the client tools.

3. 03

   Short timelines.

   Processing automation lets us cut delivery times without losing precision. What traditional workflows take weeks for, we often resolve in days — and we put it in writing in the scope from the first meeting.

Where we work

We are based in the Canary Islands and serve the whole region: we know the territory, the official reference systems (REGCAN95) and the specific demands of Canarian construction. But we don't limit ourselves to the islands. We also work in mainland Spain and keep active links with clients in Latin America. The method and precision are the same — geography is just logistics.

Who we serve

We work with architects, engineers, construction firms, hotel chains, homeowner associations, agencies, law firms and real-estate professionals. Any profile that needs to turn a physical space into precise, actionable data — for design, on-site work, asset management or legal procedure. Each profile asks for data differently; we deliver in whichever format each one needs.
