01 / Specialties

Three specialties. Capture, measure and communicate the built reality.

Laser scanning, precision surveying and photoreal splatting — combined to deliver the geometry you build on, model with and present from.

  • / 01 · Point cloud

    Point cloud

Georeferenced datasets of millions of points measured on site. We capture, register, classify and clean the clouds for CAD, GIS, surveying and analysis — the source of truth that everything else is built on.

  • / 02 · Surveying & cadastre

    Surveying & cadastre

Georeferenced surveys with GNSS RTK and total station — the signable measurement behind permits, subdivisions, setting-out and notarial procedures. Technical responsibility of a licensed ITOP engineer on every deliverable.

  • / 03 · 3D Gaussian Splatting

    3D Gaussian Splatting

Photoreal scene capture for review, communication and presentation. The site reconstructed as millions of view-dependent gaussians — navigable from a browser, with the geometry underneath.

02 / In action

What comes back from the field, shown step by step.

Samples of real work — scrollable sequences and short animations. Formats, densities and typical outcomes, shown on our own demo buildings.

/ Demo 01 · Hillside house

The same building, in three densities.

A residential building captured and rendered in the three formats we deliver: the source photograph, terrestrial laser scan with coordinates, and colorised point cloud ready for remote inspection.

/ 01 · Built reality

The photograph

The starting point — a real volume with materials, shadows and vegetation. Where what the client sees ends and what we have to measure begins.

/ 02 · Terrestrial laser scan

The technical cloud

Millions of georeferenced points with their X-Y-Z coordinates. Return intensity reveals materials and textures — the basis for any later dimensional analysis.

/ 03 · Visualisation

Colorised cloud

The same cloud, now with the scanner RGB colour. Browser-navigable for remote inspection or client presentation, straight from the web.

/ Demo 02 · From pixel to point

Animation: the scan unfolds.

A second house — the one you see in the hero — captured live. Ten seconds, no sound: the site photograph transforms into the laser point cloud that represents it.

/ Demo 03 · Urban facade

Facade analysis for rehabilitation.

A commercial facade in a Canarian town, surveyed with a laser scanner for technical report. Three readings of the same set of points.

/ 01 · Registered cloud

Measured geometry

Tens of millions of points registered from multiple stations. RGB texture is assigned from spherical photos during processing.

/ 02 · Elevation map

Intensity and height

The cloud colorised by elevation and intensity reveals constructive patterns: flatness, overhangs, deterioration. Useful for technical inspection and rehabilitation.

/ 03 · Control photo

The reference reality

For the client to confirm that cloud and reality match point by point. When what we measured and what is visible line up, the processing is clean.

/ Demo 04 · From scan to deliverable

The cloud, ready to use.

The real journey of the data: from raw scan to a registered, classified and clean point cloud — exported in the format your team opens directly, with no paid licences.

03 / Method

Your project, step by step.

No subcontracting. No black box. Four phases you know from the first meeting.

  1. Initial meeting

We sit down with you to define accuracy targets, expected deliverables, software ecosystem and project standards. We leave with a written scope and a fixed quote.

  2. Field work

Terrestrial laser scanning, mobile mapping or photogrammetry — we pick the technique that suits the site, not our portfolio. In-house field team, certified instruments.

  3. Technical desk

Registration, classification, decimation and splat training — cross-reviewed at every step. We comply with REGCAN95 and official systems when the project calls for it.

  4. Delivery & follow-up

Files in your formats, web-navigable reviews when needed, and post-delivery support for as long as the project runs.
