Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide yourself: name, email address, phone (optional), project location (optional), type of service of interest and a free-text message.

We do not collect browsing data for analytics or advertising purposes. See our cookie policy for more detail on the technical cookies we do use.

Purposes of processing

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote when you request one.
• To maintain the follow-up communication needed to evaluate the project.
• To comply with the legal and accounting obligations arising, where applicable, from a contractual relationship.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your express consent, given when you submit the form, under art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Should the enquiry lead to a contractual relationship, the basis becomes the performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the legally required periods. If the enquiry does not lead to a contractual relationship, the data is deleted within a reasonable period.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Data is stored with technology service providers (web hosting and email delivery) that act as data processors under contract and within the European Economic Area or with equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:
